If you decide to join any of these programs, you may also be eligible for a gym membership or extra equipment at a free or reduced price.

Opciones de Servicios de Apoyo a un Comportamiento Saludable (HBSS)

Como parte de su inscripción en el programa WISEWOMAN o Health First, se le ha brindado la opción de unirse a cualquiera de nuestros servicios de apoyo a un comportamiento saludable (hbss).

Si decide unirse a cualquiera de estos programas, también puede ser elegible para una membresía de gimnasio o equipo adicional a un precio reducido o gratuito.
