Breast Health Services

In coordination with local hospitals and healthcare providers, including 48 offices, 15 mammogram facilities and 17 labs and radiologists across 27 counties, the Breast Health Programs provides for free mammography and diagnostic services for medically underserved or uninsured men and women in the community.

in 2025, Breast Health programs provided and/or coordinated over 2,300 local women with services related to their breast or cervical health. 

Community Services with All Deaf

We strive to enhance our community by providing a bridge between the deaf and hearing worlds through accessibility, advocacy and enrichment to promote independence and opportunity.

In 2025, we provided more than 6,500 hours of interpreting services and completed more than 1,800 assignments.

Covering Kids & Families

Our navigators meet in person at local hospitals, health fairs, community events and at our offices in Granger, Indiana, to name a few of our many outreach efforts, with one goal: total health coverage to reach and insure residents in Hoosier Healthwise, HIP, Medicaid and Marketplace plans.

In 2025, CKF processed over 650 applications for healthcare coverage and successfully enrolled and had accepted 610 of those applications, achieving an above-average 93% approval rate on total applications and hosted or attended outreach events, connecting with over 3,000 people.

Diabetes Resource Center

We work one on one with those in need of help gaining access to healthcare, especially their diabetic medication and supplies. Our goal is to relieve immediate crisis and then assist our clients into long-term, stable solutions as we teach, provide services and support people living with diabetes and their families, so they can attain a healthy lifestyle.

In 2025, we provided over $150,000 worth of medication assistance to 65 people.

Suicide Prevention Center

Our mission is to prevent suicide through education, training and community-wide awareness and to offer compassionate grief support, resources to those who have lost a loved one to suicide. We aim to reduce the stigma associated with suicide and to achieve zero suicides in Indiana.

In 2025, we reached over 1,800 local students through the Yellow Ribbon Teen Suicide Prevention Program at 11 schools.
